Yaaaaaay!!! I'm so excited about my Teal door!! 

My sweet Mother in law painted it for me & it is just Lovely! 

Most people say...it's very nice & certainly screams Katie!!!

I also put my adorable welcoming owl(the first item I bought for our new house) back out front...

along with a rock on its base- she stayed out there thru all the crazy wind we had last week!!! 

Woo hoo(t)!! :0P

I can finally leave her out there and not worry about a crazy loud metal CRASH sounding randomly :0)

Mandy's Silly Smartness!!

So we are painting the front door today! Yay!! Well it's laid out on the dinning table & I had just told the girls they didn't need to come in the kitchen at all till we were done. I turn around...

& Mandy was in the kitchen- 

I asked her why she was even in here?

Her response: "For no apparent reason!" And sighs while she is closing the kitchen gate.

How does she come up with this stuff!? Hahaha

We had a blast during the shoot including wonderful weather(at first), crazy wind, rainbows & then a crazy downpour!! Major props to Rompy!

So I took some pictures in our driveway & such before we left for the shoot. 

Matt rode his moto bike while I drove his truck in our outfits...

Love this pic!!!! 

Here is Matt as we were loading up to move to the other end of this country road-

There was a rainbow & he we just under it in my side mirror! 

Guess he's my "pot O gold" hahaha!! Luv ya Babe! 

Oh & en'route we got some pretty funny looks!.. A truck like ours even sped up for a second look @ me.  I did my best to stare straight ahead with no expression. ;0) good times!
